It’s the Tuesday after Labour Day…and I’m so glad it’s “not back to school” day for us.
I calculated something like 20,000 hours I’d miss with my child if he went to school full time according to the conventional schedule.
But we don’t do anything “conventional schedule” around here 💛
I’ve taken radical personal responsibility for my health, and that of my son, and have helped my patients do the same for 15 years and counting.
I’ve never been conventional in how I do health, and I’m on a journey of awakening to the fact that I don’t want to do wealth, work or education conventionally either.
Not when I’ve waited a lifetime to become a mom.
Not when I’ve always valued freedom.
Not when I can see where the world is heading and I still have the power to peacefully reclaim my sovereignty and protect my son’s childhood and future until he is ready to hold his own.
If you’re up for the unconventional, come along and let’s go together.
PS Whether you’re back to school or not this week, tell me one summer highlight you’re grateful for? I loved this park visit where my son and I admired this first gorgeous maple 🍁 turned into its fall glory and wild crafted some more elderberries for our “cordial”.
