Maha Pura Yoga This Beautiful New Studio is Now Open! There's a wide range of drop-in classes and sessions suitable for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Students.

Exceptional Yoga Teacher Training Program Available on Weekends! Students come from all over Southern Ontario to train and become certified Yoga Teachers here at Maha Pura. The certification courses exceed the highest standards of the International Yoga Alliance and are registered and recognized as a prestigious RYT200 school. The studio is open for regular students as well with a wide variety of

classes available to enjoy. There are drop-in classes as well as specialized sessions. Sessions include beginner, prenatal, aerial, relief for panic attacks and anxiety and more. For all-levels drop-in classes you can pay as you go or buy a convenient 5, 10 or 20 class pass. Specialized sessions run in 8 week blocks and can be registered and paid for conveniently online at http://www.carolynweatherson.com or in person by cash or cheque. We look forward to seeing you!

🎨 2 Hours Guided Dot Painting
Experience Dots to Mindfulness with Roxana Bahrami, pointillism artist and certified mindfulness teacher.

Participants will:
- Learn simple, practical stress-relief techniques
- Enjoy a short positivity-focused demonstration before beginning
- Create three square wooden dot-painted coasters
- Engage in a slow, meditative art process inspired by positive psychology
- Each piece becomes a meaningful visual reminder you can return to whenever you need to reconnect with calm and optimism.

Each class starts with 15 minutes of scientifically-proven techniques and tips for coping with anxiety and stress. You will then enjoy a 45-minute beginner-style yoga class designed to release tension from the body and mind. No yoga experience necessary.
