oga symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance through poses or asanas. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. Restorative yoga involves the use of props (sometimes lots of props) to allow the body to feel totally supported, to allow the body to relax and release; long holds of these gentle postures, postures often selected to address specific challenges; and deep mental and visceral relaxation. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses or asanas that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or longer per pose is typical. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility while improving the flow of "qi" or energy in the body.

Question is, is where you are really where you want to be ,or how you want to feel?

This work (yoga, energy work, somatics) works because it allows you grace to be how you are and empowers you with tools that actually work to help relieve the body of its pain, quiets the mind and stops the constant chatter (self doubt, fears, etc) and helps the nervous system regulate so you can handle what you need to handle in life

The power is within you to choose.
Stay as is, if as is is working enough, or shift and begin a new way out of the dark.

Today like most days lately I wanted to cancel and not do and just give in to the pain.
Thank you for being my coach my cheerleader and my friend.
Reminding me I am not my pain I am not a victim to my pain. I chose to move within ranges that are useful and manageable. I am in control of my body and how I love her.

This is resilience and patience
This is wisdom
This is regulation and working with my body to reduce my chronic pain

I love my body
I respect my body
I honour her edges and her capacity
She is strong wise and knows what she needs to do

Thanks Tyler for creating the program I need to work with my body. You’re brilliant at curating my plan that empowers me to move and be strong 💪🏻… cause ya know I like feeling strong !!!!

Sometimes when the universe turns your world upside down in a moment and leaves you raw and activates the shadows… there is nothing you need to do…
Except breath
lean into the feelings and sensations & let them flow
Remain open to receive what is meant for you
Encourage your heart to remain open to love
Ask for more compassion and understanding
Remember what you truly are grateful

Remember being right is not the way … ask yourself what are you refusing to look at or hear ???

Turning inward and holding space for all of the emotions that are coming up and truly listen to them.

What shadows or gremlins as I call them (fears, illusions, guilt, shame, grief) are coming up ?

What am I not wanting to feel and let flow ?
Feeling it hurts
Feeling it sucks
Feeling it is hard
Feeling it is scary

Feeling it is what is needed so it can flow through you and heal

Feeling it is FREEDOM

Today when I opened to feeling it it hurt, I cried (still crying), so raw so destroyed so painful

Then I opened my heart and leaned into compassion trust understanding and encouraged the love to still take up space.

I love
I allow feeling and flow
I trust
I surrender

Sometimes the black cheetah (my protector) in me just needs to sit back and breath for a minute …. I’ve got this
