Follow us to see what we are doing to make a healthier Indigenous community for First Nations, Metis & Inuit. The Guelph CHC received LHIN funding late 2016 to initiate a new indigenous health strategy to develop programs & services for Indigenous people living in the Guelph Wellington region. The primary focus of the Healing & Wellness Program is to work in partnership with the Indigenous community (First Nations, Metis, and Inuit) and other health service providers to identify strategies that will improve health services for Indigenous residents in Guelph Wellington.
