International travels update

Effective immediately, international travelers are no longer required to wait 14 days following the travel to book for a massage therapy appointment if:

-You are exempted from the federal quarantine requirements
-You are an essential worker who crosses the Canada-US border regularly for work
-You are fully vaccinated and have met the specific conditions
-You are not tested positive for Covid-19 nor in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 without wearing appropriate PPE?
-You do not have the following symptoms:

Fever and/or chills
New onset of cough or worsening chronic cough
Shortness of breath
Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
If adult >18 years of age: unexplained fatigue/lethargy/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
If child

My work protocols have not changed.

As more restrictions are easing up, please continue to wear mask and sanitize your hands upon entering my practice. If you are coming without mask, please wait outside the door to be given one. Also, if you are travelling outside of Canada, please wait for 14 days after your return to book your appointment.
