My practice (and page) focus is creating whole person health from a Health at Every Size perpsective. I'm all about reasonable, sustainable goals that align with your values and your life. I love working with folks on: Women's Health, Digestive Health, ADHD and other neurodivegence, Intuitive Eating and food relationships, Cognitive health, and Metabolic Health (avoiding and treating diabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular disease, etc).
