This Young Lady had recently an accident to her front tooth. The tooth fractured and ended in a root canal treatment. Soon after root canal tooth changed colour. Root canal and filling were done by previous dentists. She couldn’t afford a crown and saw our work portfolio online. A before and after double arch reconstruction with the dental implants and monolithic zirconia bridge. Teeth were removed and dental implant were places only used Malo guide and surgical skills to place the Implants. All implants were restored with temporary bridge The All on 4 concept. What you see here is the final zirconia bridge after test driving the implants for 6-12 months.

A case of single tooth Implant. Tooth #11 upper right central tooth was lost and replaced by a dental Implant. Crown was done by another dentist but the patient nor the dentist liked the crown and the emergence profile . Case was referred to us. The gum contour was reshaped with temporary crown then restored with Zirconia Abutment and monolithic Emax Lithium Di Silicate. Abutment design and tooth was done by us digitally and then hand crafted to match as much as possible the other tooth then was stained and textured with liquid ceramics. All in our office.
