Sheena graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and has gained valuable international experience working with a diverse range of clients. Her clinical background includes treating individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Since moving to Canada, she has focused on enhancing her skills and aligning her practice with Canadian healthcare standards to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

Sheena’s treatment approach emphasizes restoring movement, improving function, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. She designs individualized care plans that combine hands-on techniques with targeted exercise prescription, ensuring long-term success and an improved quality of life.

Elbow Pain? Tennis elbow is a common tendon injury located on the outside of the elbow. It often results in pain and weakness with lifting and grasping.

Physiotherapy can help alleviate pain and restore strength and function. Your Physiotherapist will assess your arm to determine the cause of pain. A specific treatment plan will then be prescribed, including exercises and modalities such as Ultrasound and/or Acupuncture (to reduce pain and swelling). Bracing and taping may also be utilized.

Shockwave Therapy may be recommended for the management of chronic tennis elbow. Shockwave Therapy is an aggressive form of stimulation to soft tissue, enhancing blood flow and promoting healing.
