Decrease Anxiety AND Increase Self Confidence - including how you feel in your body - This Summer!

When I was 12,
& many times afterwards,
a parent told me that I had "ugly legs"
For YEARS after, I believed them,
& despised wearing shorts.

As a teen,
I felt uncomfortable in a swimsuit, as I believed the lies of purity culture & was made to feel ashamed of my body.

Growing up a Millennial,
being forced fed diet culture garbage masquerading as "health",
it's no surprise that I would struggle with measuring my worth,
by how my body looked,
& how I would be overwhelmed with Anxiety as a result!

I know my history with struggling to love my body & ease anxiety is not unique.

I've heard essentially the same story, from the hundreds of different voices of my clients.

And I have proven to myself,
over and over,
that I feel the absolute best,

inside & out,
with or without clothes on,
in my mind & in my body,

when I am nurturing myself well
& meeting my
physical, mental & spiritual needs!

Seeing client after client replicate these results for themselves...
by easily following a straightforward, individualised protocol
deepening their education of themselves & their needs
empowering accountability to get out of their own way..motivates me all the more to reach & serve as many women as I possibly can!

Let’s unravel this Anxiety a bit shall we?!🧶

I KNOW Anxiety is terrifying,
& back when I was overwhelmed with Anxiety,
I did NOT know how much Anxiety was impacting me,
nor did I know that the
physical/emotional/behavioural symptoms that I was experiencing were allllllll,
yep all,
A result of Anxiety,

AND

I was making everything worse my normalizing & minimizing my symptoms!

How you are feeling may seem normal to you, because you have felt this way for so long now,
but it is NOT necessary!

You don’t need to continue to have symptoms of Anxiety, and they no longer need to hijack your life!!

too restricting,
or require you to turn your life upside down in order to reach your goals.

It’s not, and you don’t!

Give to yourself whatever it is that YOU need this “Mother’s Day”…

Perhaps that includes signing off from this app for the next 24 hours as the genuine celebrations of wonderful mothers makes your grief a bit too heavy,
despite your full happiness for others…

Or maybe…
it’s to protect yourself from reading empty accolades of unhealthy enmeshed mother relationships.

Give yourself what you need…
…because your needs matter.

They always have.

Even if your own mother failed to understand that.

I’m gonna guess that you have a tiny bit of scepticism…you’re hearing the success my clients achieve,
& are doubting if YOU can actually do it too.

A common statement clients say before enrolling to work with me is this…

“…I’m a complete mess with no idea of what’s actually wrong with me,
but I need to do what it takes to finally feel better,
& I really hope you can help! ”

So the 3 key elements being…

AWARENESS - that their symptoms are unnecessary

DRIVE - they are ready to take action

HOPE - that I have a solution

Your scepticism might be because you don’t yet have all 3 of these key elements…
and that’s ok…for now!

I can truly only help you with ⅔ of these elements…Awareness & Hope

But the Drive piece, that’s the one you have to do for yourself.

Kinda like how I could give you a car & super clear instructions on HOW to drive,
but as your passenger, if you don’t actually turn the car on, we aren’t going anywhere.

(I think I’ve said “drive” too much so the algy is going to think this is a car account now🫣)

Anyways…

&
what you can actively be doing to improve how you are nurturing yourself so you can ease the symptoms you are experiencing…

Nutrition is not just what you eat but HOW you eat as well,
meaning, regularly skipping meals, eating in a rush, not chewing properly, mindlessly eating & not honouring feelings of fullness
all compromise digestion which yes,
makes you feel bloated, gassy, with acid reflux & just awful,
& all of this impairs your ability to actually ABSORB the nutrients that you gobbled down.

Meaning you feel overly full AND you didn’t even meet your nutritional needs.

So what can you do to optimize your Nutrition Intake AND your Nutrient Absorption…

Download my FREE Guide all about Hydration, Anxiety & Digestion but if you don’t want to I'll just tell you the super simplified version of the main points here…

Start each day with water
STOP drinking with your meals
End each day with water

And see how meeting the nutritional need of WATER alone will drastically reduce the symptoms of anxiety and ease the digestive upset you are feeling in as little as 7 days!

Even though I am telling you different foods you can eat more of,
don’t feel the need to make ANY changes to WHAT you’re eating right now,
first focus on HOW you’re eating!

So go back to what I described as what not to do and start doing the exact opposite…

Yes, I have the education to provide the basic info an athlete would need, but that’s not good enough.
