Some really beautiful sessions, being fully in it, and then… a couple no-shows.

I used to look for answers my mind couldn’t find.

It wasn’t until I started tuning inward — beyond what I could see or explain — that things began to shift.

We’re so much more than what our five senses show us.
A lot of our healing, our wisdom, and our truth lives in that quiet space within.
