Elin is a holistic energy practitioner; working with clients she seeks to support their physical and mental well-being through the use of holistic energy techniques. Elin has achieved Level 2 Reiki and Level 3 Therapeutic Touch® certification. In her holistic energy healing sessions she incorporates intuition techniques, Ancient Mexican healing practices (including lucid dreaming approaches), shamanic spiritual techniques, and crystals. Elin is based in Guelph and Meaford, Ontario and has traveled to Mexico, England and Newfoundland to further develop her holistic energy healing skills.She is also an experienced trainer and provides workshops on energy healing methods. Elin is a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator.She started practicing Reiki over 10 years ago and since then she has explored many different holistic healing practice traditions including Celtic, Inca, Mayan, and now most recently, Ancient Mexican. El MIEDO.
Cuando los Vikingos Invadieron Francia en el 845, derrotaron con facilidad a todas las tropas que les envió el Rey Luis.

Como el ejército del Rey tenía una ventaja de 10 a 1, entre los Francos corrió el mito que los Vikingos no conocían el miedo.

-Claro que conocemos el miedo, dijo Ragnar, solo que no lo fomentamos.

El miedo lleva a la servidumbre, la obediencia y la esclavitud, que es un destino mucho peor que morir en batalla.

Nosotros no adoramos a un jefe, es uno más, elegido momentáneamente, discutimos todo en asambleas, y nuestras mujeres son libres.

Hace 6000 años los manipuladores descubrieron que el miedo servía para esclavizar a las personas, y comenzaron a fomentarlo.

Ni siquiera debía ser un miedo a algo tangible, es más, mejor que no lo fuese.

Tanto servía el miedo a un demonio, a un dios vengativo o a un universo perverso.

El miedo hizo que 150.000 egipcios agotaran sus vidas arrastrando piedras de 12 toneladas por el Sahara, para construir la Gran Pirámide.

¿Quién se los ordenaba?

Un Faraón, sus ministros y dos ARQUITECTOS.

NO más de 14 personas.

El miedo hizo que padres entregaran a sus hijas para ser quemadas por brujas, o a sus hijos para ser sacrificados en un altar, o en las trincheras de Verdún.

A veces hubo gente que no se sometió, en el año 1000 un grupo de jovenes de la Isla de Bora Bora se cansó de los sacrificios humanos que habían convertido el paraiso en un in****no.

- Si no les gusta, váyanse, desadaptados, les dijeron riendo.

¿A donde iban a ir?.

Pues cargaron un barco con comida y animales y se hicieron a la mar.

Los van a matar las tormentas, los tiburones, la sed, les gritaron.
Navegaron 22 días sin saber adonde iban, hasta encontrar unas islas deshabitadas a las que llamaron Hawaii.

Antes de bajar se prometieron que nunca más habrían sacrificios, que si alguien quería honrar un dios, que lo haga con flores.

Existe una gran diferencia entre el MIEDO y el TEMOR

El temor, es ese sentimiento que nos permite subsistir, es esa "alarma" que nos avisa de que tenemos que cuidarnos y muchas veces es el resultado de experiencias anteriores.

También nos permite cuidar nuestra vida, familia y pertenencias y es algo natural.

El MIEDO es ese sentimiento paralizante que te impide no sólo pensar o razonar, sino que te incapacita por el terror que sientes incluso en niveles muy altos, te inmoviliza hasta llevarte incluso a morir por la incapacidad que tienes de reaccionar.

Y es precisamente el miedo lo que históricamente nos ha causado tantas creencias limitantes en nuestra vida.

¡NO TENGAS MIEDO!
Nuestros niños y niñas - y los cachorros -, nacen sin miedo, el miedo es cultural.
