Attention, clients and community: Guelph CHC’s programs and services, including our downtown clinic, Shelldale clinic, Hive Health Services, The SEED, and all EarlyON programs will be closed on Monday September 1 for the holiday.

Limited HART Hub services and Stay Sharp will be available 9am-5pm.
We will return to regular hours on Tuesday, September 2.
