Thrifting used to be something I felt ashamed of as a kid- my mom would drag me to thrift shops - mostly in the spring as she’d get prepared to open the hotel (My parents owned a hotel growing up).

Stocking up on second hand dish ware was something I grew up with and it was a big goal for me to see how much I can thrift for the studio. To honour a little of my past and future.

I am so happy thrifting is getting more mainstream. It makes such a difference.
