Very excited to share the news - I will be facilitating a workshop on creating Mandalas at 10C (in Guelph) on May 7. This is a part of Opening Opportunities; a program for helping women and fem-appearing folks to build their business.

Page 4 of my new colouring book for kids will talk about the Emotional Mind in DBT. Emojis represent different feelings a person can have. Sage the Snake is the most difficult to find yet!

On colouring page 3, Sage the Snake takes kids through some basic DBT, introducing the three minds: Logical, Emotional, and Wise. I have used a stained glass impression for this colouring page.

I am excited to share that I am starting a children's colouring book of Mandalas. This is the first colouring page I have created - now onward to many more mandalas! I can't wait to unveil to completed colouring book!
