Knee pain and weakness can be a problem for people of all ages. It can be the result of trauma (sprains/strains), overuse, or degenerative changes such as Osteoarthritis.

Physiotherapy can help alleviate pain and enhance strength and mobility. Our physiotherapists have extensive experience treating a wide range of knee injuries, including meniscus damage, ligament sprains, sports strains, and arthritic conditions.

Your Physiotherapist will assess your knee to determine the cause of pain. A specific knee rehab program, including exercises, will then be provided. Other treatments may include modalities such as Ultrasound and/or Acupuncture (to reduce pain and swelling), Shockwave Therapy (for chronic soft tissue issues), and strategies such as bracing and taping.
