Sheena graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and has gained valuable international experience working with a diverse range of clients. Her clinical background includes treating individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Since moving to Canada, she has focused on enhancing her skills and aligning her practice with Canadian healthcare standards to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
Sheena’s treatment approach emphasizes restoring movement, improving function, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. She designs individualized care plans that combine hands-on techniques with targeted exercise prescription, ensuring long-term success and an improved quality of life.
