Jumping on the protein goal trend this year? Great! You could be just who we are looking for to participate in digestive enzyme supplement study to assess its effects after consuming a high-fat/high-protein meal.

Participant requirements:
- Healthy, 18-60 years of age, with a BMI between 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 (minimum body weight of 60kg)
- Comfortable with consuming high-fat, high-protein meals (that contain dairy, pork, and peanuts)
- Non-smoker (including ni****ne va**ng) or ex-smoker for >3 months
- Comfortable with multiple blood draws
- Willing to comply with study restrictions (e.g., avoiding certain products)
