As a Registered Massage Therapist, I take great pride in the services I am able to provide to clients to help them relieve pain, and to maintain, rehabilitate and improve physical function. From my employment in various settings from spas to clinical locations as well as a mobile RMT, I have experience working with clients of all ages providing various treatment options to help support their needs for relief from every day tension headaches, repetitive strain injuries and other injuries that occur in different industries. A strong believer in active rehabilitation, I support a spectrum of athletes in different areas of their training cycle in allowing them to train, compete and recover at their optimal level. These athletes come from all areas including - Football, Running, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Wrestling.
