I'm tired of a lot these days, but lately I'm tired of all of the hype around New years health trends.

If you truly feel inspired to change at this time of year, that is wonderful! I will always support someone's sincere and inspired desire for change. There is nothing inherently wrong with that.

What I don't support is our society continuously making people feel like they aren't good enough as they are, and profiting from that.

You don't need to change, unless you truly want to. And when the time is right and you are ready, you will be guided to make those changes. You never have to force it. Let everything move in its organic time, rather than trying to force something because of trends around an arbitrary date. Not to mention this is the time of year when we're the most burnt out... Doesn't make a lot of sense to start new things in the dead of winter!

Don't push yourself. Rest, relax, let life take its course. If you are feeling at all pressured by the new years fads, let that s**t go. You are perfectly wonderful as you are in this moment. You are all that you need to be. 💞

Sometimes I feel entirely too sensitive to live on this earth. Us who are highly sensitive know this feeling all too much. The harshness of the energies around me grate on my entire being. The wrongness of this world can be overwhelming. The lack of unity consciousness hurts. The blatant lies and deception are so obvious and yet many don't see. Much of my life I have felt like an alien, able to see and feel things others can't. It's exhausting, overwhelming, and so incredibly frustrating to be in touch with realms that most people don't believe in or give any thought to. At times I feel like my sensitivity is my superpower (and it legitimately is), but other times it's my kryptonite.

I no longer need to prove myself or what I know to be true to anyone — thank God for that — but I could definitely stand for people being a little more kind. Or a lot more kind. Less ego, more unity. Less 'you vs. me', more straight up empathy. Let's all loosen the grip of our egos, get off our high horses, and remember what really matters.

Hi everyone... it's been awhile since I've posted. I simply have not felt moved to share until now, except for a video I recorded a couple of weeks ago that I couldn't post because it was censored by IG 🙄.

I'm here to share that big things are happening in the unseen realms. A huge shift is underway. Due to this shift, many painful truths will be revealed in the coming months/years that will be difficult for many to come to terms with, both personally and collectively. The darkness that has pervaded, manipulated, and controlled this earth is losing power as more and more humans are awakening. As this unfolds, we will be forced to face how we've all contributed to the perpetuation of dark forces, both within and without.

Now is the time to dig deep within and truly examine if the life you are living aligns with love rather than fear, with unity rather than division. Now is the time to have courage and conviction in what you stand for. Now is the time to unplug, disentangle, and extract ourselves from societal conditioning and programming. Now is the time to reclaim your full sovereignty and decide where you truly stand. Which of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are truly yours?

If something doesn't feel right, TRUST IT. We need more people than ever connected to the whispers of their souls, and the wisdom of their bodies, with their hearts fully online. Do not fall prey to the weapon of divide and conquer. We are going to need each others' love and compassion more than ever in the coming days.

May Divine Love reach each of your crystal hearts, activating your highest expression in alignment with the highest good of All 🙏 We are One. And so it is. ✨

Hello 👋 I'm Jocelyn! It's been awhile since I've introduced myself here.

I'm an energy healing guide, manual therapist, and intuitive empath, and my specialty is helping people to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit. We are multidimensional, spiritual beings in a human body, and we often struggle with bringing that higher energy into our human body experience and making sense of it all — that's where I come in! 🤓

Your mental, physical, emotional, & energetic levels are closely interconnected, and I believe that to experience true healing, all layers and levels need to be addressed and integrated. This is why I have extensive training in manual therapy (osteopathy, massage, & craniosacral therapy) as well as many types of energy healing. 🤲🌈✨

The truth is, we are each our own healers. My job is to help you tune into the healing wisdom that is and always has been present within you. I am merely a guide, a wayshower, a mirror, reminding you of who you really are — an infinite, expansive, immeasurably powerful being. Sometimes we need a reflection to be reminded of our own power. 💪💖

I have been on an awakening journey since 2008 and I have gathered SO much wisdom and have learned so much along the way! I am far from perfect and I do not have it all figured out, but I know that all I've learned and all of the tools of collected can help many others on their path.

Coming soon! A live meditation/group energy healing event with me, Jocelyn Kinch, RMT & Energy Healing guide, in partnership with .collective.galt 🧘

This event will be 3 evening sessions in May (a Thursday, Monday, and Wednesday) held live over Zoom (replays will be made available.) Think a 3-day cleanse, but for your energy field! 🌟

We all have an energy field, and as we go about our day, we can end up picking up dust & debris in our field from other people and our environment. This "stuff" can build up over time, creating blockages and stagnancies. This can affect our emotions, as well as our physical and mental well-being. (Swipe to see a diagram of an energy field! Over the course of the three sessions, we will be focusing on deep relaxation, clearing, grounding, and fortifying our energy.

Your mind and your body are YOURS and yours alone. Command your space. Command your vessel. Say: "I now release any and all energy that is not mine." 💎

Be aware of what you consume, especially through your mind. TV and media is called "programming" for a reason. Remember that your attention is currency and everyone wants something from you — your life force, your attention, your money — make sure you are truly consenting. 💪

Also, many of the negative thoughts we have aren't even our own. Next time you notice one, ask yourself — is this my thought? The answer is often NO. 🤯

We have WAY more power than we know. It's time to wake up and claim it. It really is as simple as commanding: "My body and mind are my own. Anything that is not my own organic energy is commanded to leave NOW."

And so it is. ✨

After calling in your higher selves, your unique spirit guides and guardians (of pure light only), and the expressions of God/Source/Light that you resonate with, I allow your Being to lead the way to your highest healing at this moment in time. 💫
