Summer Solstice Sunrise Practice 2026�Sunday, June 21

Have you ever welcomed the longest day of the year with 108 Sun Salutations?

Each year, this morning brings our community together in a simple but powerful way. We gather before the day begins, move through the practice, and watch the sun rise together.

You don’t need to complete all 108 to be part of it. You can move at your own pace, take breaks, or simply come to be in the energy of the morning.

A gentle, immersive experience honouring the gradual return of light as we move toward the Spring Equinox — a time of renewal, balance, and quiet emergence.

This practice weaves Yin Yoga, Reiki energy, and live sound healing simultaneously, creating a deeply nourishing space for the nervous system and subtle body.

Slow, supported yin postures invite release and softness, while Reiki and healing sound frequencies move through the body to clear stagnation, restore balance, and prepare the body for new beginnings without force or effort.

SEE YOU ON YOUR MAT, GUELPH! Everyone is in the game.

During March Madness, we’re asking you to show up and practice. Each day you practice in the month of March is a point at the end of the month we have three prizes for the front runners. We love bonus points, so if you post on instagram and tag us about your visit you get a bonus point. It’s anybody’s game.

What do you have to do? Absolutely nothing. We’ll track the visits, you hydrate accordingly. We’ll post the leaderboard on Sunday. See you on your mat!
