From there, a plan will be produced to get you back to your activities as soon as possible, whatever they may be.

Somehow we're just a month away from the holidays! Just a heads up that the clinic will be CLOSED this year from Dec 23rd to Jan 1st (returning Jan 2nd).

If you're looking to get in before the holidays or get on top of your schedule for the new year - now's the time! Most massage appointments have already been taken, but add yourself to the wait list and you'll be notified if anything opens up.

Help us support Your Downtown Guelph Friends this holiday season! We're collecting cold weather items and single-serve (easy-to-distribute) food items now until December 12! Drop off donations anytime during our clinic hours.

Items we're looking for:
- Blankets
- Hats
- Mittens/gloves
- Scarves
- Disposable hand warmers
- Granola Bars
- Fruit Snacks
- Single-serve Chips
- Cans of pop or Juice Boxes
- $5 (individual) Tim cards.

It's that time again! Our 6th Annual Holiday Drive. This year we're supporting Your Downtown Guelph Friends who provide hot meals to our houseless community.

We'll be collecting winter accessories (socks, scarves, hats, sweaters) and easy-to-distribute food items (granola bars, juice boxes, single serve snacks), and individual $5 tim hortons gift cards.

We're heading into our busy season! Things have already booked up quite a bit for our RMTs. We highly recommend booking in advance if you're looking to get a massage or want specific days/times for your chiropractic appointments. 🗓

It's nearly Fall! Here are our fall dates to note.

Sam is currently on vacation until October 2nd. If you're a client of Sam's you are welcome to take a look at one of our other RMTs schedules and book if you need to get in before she returns.

Our clinic will be CLOSED October 14th for Thanksgiving.
