My name is Erica Eugenio and I am a registered Social Worker, with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers http://www.ocswssw.org. I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Masters in Social Work. I have specialized in adult, child, and adolescent mental health. I have experience providing therapy to those with depression, anxiety, post partum mood disorders, marital conflict, parenting concerns, anger management, and stress management. I am committed to offering quality and professional services. I offer both counselling and face-to-face therapy. With this flexibility you can choose what feels most comfortable to you. Ecounselling gives you the flexibility to respond to your therapist email when it is convenient for you. I would encourage you to find a place where you will have no distractions, and can participate fully in your session. eCounselling is a form of therapy, that does not require you to leave your house. You are set up with a secure email address, which sends encrypted messages to your therapist. Your therapist will then reply to your email. Ecounselling may be for you if it is difficult to make office visits, you need more flexibility in scheduling your sessions, you are comfortable using a computer and paypal. eCounselling is for those 19 years of age and older. Face-to-face counselling is for any age. Since there is a delay in response time eCounselling is not appropriate for those in crisis. There are some issues that are better dealt with in person. If you are facing issues of violence, su***de, eating disorder, or psychosis it would be best to meet face-to-face.,
