A few changes and exciting new things are coming your way this fall 🍁!
Changes to our treatment fees and cancellation policy will take effect as of October 1st, 2025. A great deal of thought has gone into these changes this year and we understand the impact this has on our clients.

As usual we are keeping our 30minute treatment fee the same because we believe everyone should have access to care regardless of their budget or coverage.

We are excited to offer a new and fairly exclusive style of treatment this fall as well.

Our Indie Head Massages are completely safe during all stages of pregnancy.
You may find them especially helpful with postural changes through the neck and shoulders the further along you are; as well as promoting better sleep!💤

Adjustments we can make to ensure you’re the most comfortable: we have plenty of pillows available and our tables raise at the head and knees to have you in a semi seated/reclined position so you don’t need to be laying flat the whole appointment!

🍁 After careful consideration, our team has decided to increase all RMT treatment fees by $5, effective October 1.

🍁 We understand the impact that this has on our loyal clients and will continue to strive to offer the exceptional service that you have come to expect.

🍁 This rate increase goes directly to the living wage of your therapist and their families, contributes to the upkeep of the clinic space and allows us to upgrade our skills and take additional continuing education courses.

❤️We want to thank everyone for their understanding at this time!

We didn’t miss wishing Sara a very happy birthday last weekend, but we are a little late posting about it!

In case you missed the news, Sara is back at the Cottage from her maternity leave. She is here Wednesday and Friday evening and we anticipate she will be back to full time in September! Her schedule is live through the website; book your fall appointments now to avoid disappointment!

Welcome Back Sara! Can you believe it’s been a year already!
We are absolutely thrilled to have Sara and her smile back in the clinic. For the time being, she will be here Wednesday and Friday evening 4:30-8 and eventually opening up morning to early afternoon hours Tuesday - Saturday.
She is booking up quickly, so book ahead or jump on the waitlist and we will let you know when more availability happens!!
