Let’s talk HABITS 👏

Habits are the small, consistent actions we do every day — the things that shape our health, mindset, and overall lifestyle (for better or for worse).

They matter because real change doesn’t come from one big moment of motivation — it comes from what you do consistently over time.

💭 The Habit Loop:
1️⃣ Cue – the trigger (ex: seeing your running shoes)
2️⃣ Routine – the behavior (ex: going for a walk)
3️⃣ Reward – the feeling or benefit (ex: more energy, pride, confidence)

Over time, repeating this loop rewires your brain — turning effort into automatic action.

⏳ How long does it take to build a habit?

Research shows it takes anywhere from 21–66 days for a habit to stick (depending on the person and the habit).

That’s why we focus on small, sustainable steps — because consistency > perfection.
