Thanks everyone Tanya and Mark have filled our trunks and car seats up about 4 times in the last couple of weeks! Sleeping Bag, Blankets, Hats, Warm Clothing and Socks have been given out at The Bench, our extra ad hoc emergency set ups or at the Royal City Mission. Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services (STWDSTS) has made the decision to cancel student transportation today affecting:

ZONE 2 – St. Joseph (Fergus), St. Mary (Elora), Sacred Heart (Rockwood), St. John Brebeuf (Erin)

ZONE 3 – St. Mary (Mount Forest), St. John (Arthur)

Schools remain open to students and staff today.
Please take precautions if traveling today

Due to inclement weather, Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services (STWDSTS) has made the decision to cancel transportation today affecting:

ZONE 2 – St. Joseph (Fergus), St. Mary (Elora), Sacred Heart (Rockwood), St. John Brebeuf (Erin)

ZONE 2 Schools remain open to students and staff today.

In the event of bus cancellations, all schools will remain open (unless otherwise noted) for staff and students who can get there safely. In these situations, parents should always assess weather and road conditions and make their own decision to send their child to school, or not.

Dear friends and colleagues. Wellington OECTA has been involved in Downtown meals since 2014. We have one last push to get the word out and sign our petition to ensure there is an indoor shelter dedicated to meals open every day.
