ATTENTION

During these trying times, in order to reduce risk we request that one family member at a time, (absent of COVID symptoms), enter and purchase the necessary products as only 10 people will be allowed in the store at once.

Please do your part to lower risk by;
* staying 6ft away from all staff and other customers
*pay with debit or credit and tap if possible

Please ask a staff member to assist you if you are unable to find a product and we would like to thank you for adhering to these changes.

Hello to our customers.

We have a few areas of change to pass along to you and a few requests to ask from you.
During this time dealing with the coronavirus we hope to keep all staff and our customers as safe as possible.

-Please use our automated refill line on our phone system as often as possible This will free up our staff and the pharmacist to enable them to tend to others matters.

-Please drop your prescriptions off to be filled, and plan to come back for them later. This will help with the social distancing in front of the dispensary area.

-We want to remind you that we offer delivery service. BUT we are no longer accepting CASH payments. We will accept cheques, or we can accept credit card payments. We can take that information over the phone when you call in your order.

-We ask you to please practice social distancing when in the store. For staff and for customers safety both.

-We have been limited to stock from our warehouse. They are overwhelmed with orders throughout the province, not just with us. Because of this we unfortunatly have had to put limits on certain products so we dont have to see as many customers leaving empty handed. We do not tolerate hoarding.

-our Main CORNER/RAMP door will be open. The other door on main (gift side) and King (lottery) will be closed, however these areas of the store will remain open.

-We are and will remain to sanitize and disinfect all areas of the store in hopes to keep the virus away. This includes tills, phones, doors, carts,baskets, dispensary, office areas, lottery areas, water dispenser,debit machines , pop coolers etc etc.

-We HAVE NOT changed our store hours as of yet. They remain:
Mon-Friday 9am-9pm
Sat 9am-5:30pm
Sun 10am-5pm

Please remember that WE ALL have to do what we can to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The sooner this virus is under control, the sooner we can get back to our regular routine of life as we knew it.

From the PSA:
Retail pharmacies do not shut down, not even in Italy. Retail pharmacists are the most easily accessible and most frequently visited health professionals. We are on the frontlines of this pandemic. Many of us will be utilized with either testing patients for the virus or administering vaccines when they become available. We all know that we will be exposed to the coronavirus, if we haven't already. Many of us are caregivers to our children and other family members, so we are committed to protecting ourselves and our patients & minimizing the spread of this virus. That being said, we need your help:
1. Please be patient with the pharmacy personell. We are trying our best to take care of each and every patient as quickly & efficiently as possible. Your health & safety our our #1 priority. We have initiated cleaning & disinfecting protocols that require time to perform. This in addition to increased prescription volume may increase waiting times for prescriptions, phone calls and counseling.
2. DO NOT come into the pharmacy if you are sick or have a fever. Send a family member or friend inside to pick up prescriptions or utilize curbside pick-up or our delivery service.
3. When waiting for prescriptions to be filled, try not to linger in crowded waiting areas. Step outside for a bit or sign up for text alerts. Also try to leave enough space between you & the person in front of you for both HIPAA reasons & social distancing.
4. Utilize any & all technology available like Pharmacy Apps & Web & Phone refills. Order your Prescription refills a few days in advance to give the pharmacy staff sufficient time to get them ready. Try to order 90 day supplies when insurance permits to limit trips to the pharmacy.
5. Do not call the pharmacy for non-essential matters or questions.
6. Try to use credit & debit cards to limit the amount of cash that you and the pharmacy staff have to handle.
7. Wash or sanitize your hands before and after touching anything in the pharmacy. Thank you and stay safe..... Sincerely your retail pharmacist and pharmacy staff
