Having grown up with a chronically ill parent, I have a lifelong passion for all things health + wellness, and have a BA in Psychology, am a Certified Professional Skin Therapist, and a Certified Health + Life Coach. My approach to guiding you on your journey to HEAL imparts multiple modalities, which can include energy healing with Reiki, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, TCM, Psychology of Habit Change, EFT, NLP. My Holistic Skincare approach includes plant-based, clean products, Dr Vodder's MLD, deep tissue face massage, Gua Sha, Facial Cupping + more, all designed to support your skin + whole being in order to heal.

Just to Be Clear…..
Hey again, My Beauties! 👋
It seems that my last post caused some confusion in some of you as to what my plan + my intentions are so here’s the deal;
✔️ I am still working doing both services + making products. I am only doing services Tuesday, Weds + Thursday for the time being.
✔️ I am still taking bookings, but you MUST BOOK THROUGH ME ONLY NOW. My online booking system is disable until further notice.
✔️ I do not have to cancel your existing appointment at this point in the game. If you are booked on a Friday right now , your appointment stays.
✔️ I am doing everything in my power to heal so I can work to full capacity again. (4days/week)

Important News!
Hey Green Beauties! I hope the long, warm days of Summer are treating you well, and most of all, I hope YOU are treating You well!
You may have noticed that my Online Booking System is temporarily disabled. If you didn’t, now you know!
So here’s the thing;
I have been dealing with some very chronic tailbone pain since December, and when I say dealing with it, I mean doing EVERYTHING in my power to figure out what it is + doing everything to heal it.
And when I say EVERYTHING, I mean it.
It’s a layered root cause, stemming from a knee injury + foot injury which has had my body working to compensate and most of all, from almost 20years of working on a stool with my knees hyper-extended doing the work I love. And don’t even get me started on the Root + Sacral Chakra wounds. ✨
It’s taken a toll on my hips, pelvis + the connective tissues attached to my tailbone.
I’m working on it, but it’s a slow process. I’m not ready to not be able to do this work anymore so I have devoted myself to healing. For me + for you.
As you know I typically am booked out to 3 months, which makes my heart burst but it also takes away space for me to heal. By only booking you in myself, that gives me control of how many of you I see in a day/week, so I can alleviate pressure on my poor body.
So from now until I am better, I will still be practicing but my spaces will be reduced slightly.
Please be patient with me while I heal this thing so I can get back to working at full capacity, holding space + providing care for you all. It kills me that it’s now even tougher to get in to see me for my care but it’s what i have to do now so i can keep going as long as i can. 🥲

This has been a growth phase that almost scared me more than any others!

A Fresh Start! 🌿
Doing a brand re-fresh is an incredible amount of work so obviously I also decided to add 3 new products to my line up AND do it all in Q4! 😅
i am beyond excited to bring you HEAL with Shari 2.0!
Over the last couple months i have worked with to create a fresh new look to my sweet biz.
They have created new logos + branding, including all new labels for your fav holistic skincare, that truly embody what HEAL with Shari stands for + I am over the moon in love with it all!
I have also created 3 new HWS Facial Serums that make your skincare rituals really easy as they pair with your Botanical Toner perfectly.
These are more skin type/condition focused and simple in comparison to the more complex Custom Serum Blends that I make especially for you after working closely with your skin in the treatment room. Easy to purchase + use without having a treatment with me.
