A week to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself.

In the quiet natural surroundings of the Sunshine Coast, we will be offering a 7-Day Holistic Relaxation Retreat from May 25 – May 31, 2026.

This retreat brings together gentle practices that support both body and mind, including:

• Zen meditation
• Tai Chi & Qigong
• Yoga practice
• Mindful hiking in nature
• Evening music gathering

Our intention is simple — to create a peaceful space where participants can rest deeply, reconnect with nature, and return to a more natural rhythm of life.

No previous experience is required. Beginners are welcome.
