Hey yogis! I have not forgotten about you. Blake and I have moved to the island. (I will update the photo soon) Still getting settled in but ready to go with our “by the lake” yoga practice.
The first class will be Wednesday July 23rd at 9:30 am
I will be returning with Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The classes are all level and approximately one hour in length.
Please bring a mat. Blocks and strap if you have them. Also a water bottle.
The classes are offered on a donation basis. At the end of the season we collectively decide on a local charity for the donation
