Our hearts are so full after our beautiful week together in Nosara, Costa Rica. 🌿✨

Thank you all for saying yes to this retreat and for showing up with such open hearts, every day! It was such a gift to get to know each of you as the week unfolded. You worked hard, opened up with courage, and helped create a space where everyone felt seen, heard, and safe.

It was an absolute pleasure and honour to lead, guide, and teach throughout this journey. Thank you for allowing us to do what we love most!! Facilitating retreats is something we step into with intention, so your trust means the world.

We are so proud and grateful to have shared this experience with you! This is not goodbye. We know our paths will cross again.

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner stillness during this 90-minute Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath experience held in a tranquil Geodesic Dome.

Surrounded by nature and the soothing ambiance of the dome, this session combines gentle, fully supported restorative yoga postures with the healing vibrations of a live sound bath.

You’ll be guided through a series of floor-based poses using props to encourage complete release and nervous system reset. As your body softens into stillness, the sound journey begins — featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments designed to promote energetic balance, stress relief, and inner harmony.

This class is ideal for all levels and requires no prior yoga experience. Simply arrive, settle in, and allow your body and mind to rest, restore, and recalibrate in a uniquely calming setting.
