Prestigious Apron Gourmet is serving up Nigerian and African-inspired dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Try their vibrant Jollof rice with roasted chicken or fish, puff-puffs (sweet West African fritters), and mini meat & veggie pies – every bite a celebration of culture and community.

Starting this Thursday, Halifax will be at the market every week! Enjoy a true taste of Venezuela with cheesy tequeños, fresh arepas, soft cachitos, and more. Everything is handmade with heart and soul, full of rich, authentic flavour.

Jessica brings each painting to life with her brush, while Judy transforms them into prints, greeting cards, and custom bookmarks – personalized with your name in beautiful handwritten calligraphy.

We had a great Christmas is July last week. Summer Santa joined us for Market Week and handed out goodies from Farmers' Markets of Nova Scotia to some lucky shoppers and did some shopping himself! Thank you to all of our vendors who participated!
