🌙 How to start working with the night sky 🌙

~ Start with getting to know the sky spirits and which ones you want to connect with. Such as, cosmic moon, cosmic sun, stars, planets, and so on!

~ Give gratitude when calling them in

~ use intention, you can call in healing for something, support through a process, or ti simply learn more about who you're working with to help strengthen your divine connection ✨️

~ you can also use meditation with cosmic beings to activate and cleanse charkas

~ give gratitude & close

This is a simple technique, but with practice over time it will become major! Follow for more rituals & cosmic teachings for healing and beyond 🌙

Lilo & I are on vacation ☀️😆🌿

Lilo has grown a deep root into my soul! She has been helping me forage, following my every step, tripping me when I turn around - but she is still so humbling to have around! All weekend people would ask why she is following me around like that? My answer over and over again was "velcro dog." 😅

Seriously, she comes foraging with me, and it is chaotic and a mess, but man, I love her!!

She tugs on the leash & I drop half or all of the plant material I'm holding

She brings all of the ticks in my car, so when I drive home, I have them crawling up my legs

She shakes the mud puddles all over me and then kicks the mud right into my face!

Oh, and I like to just hang out, sit, and enjoy nature... not when she is around. I try, but man, she is go-go-go 😂😂

I don't think my dog is the best for gathering herbs. She has zero independence. But she is so happy to be with me that I have to suffer for her happiness and that is so okay ❤️❤️😂

Please tell me, do other dogs do this in nature ?!

🌱 Are you curious about incorporating herbs into your life? 🌱

Here are my top three ways I began my relationships with these loving allies: ✨️✨️

1. Brewing herbal teas daily—sip mindfully and use your senses to feel how they're working with your body. 🫖

2. Cooking with fresh herbs that you're able to forage locally and using them in your meals. Raw plant material holds a lot of energy, and you'll get the freshest (free) food yet! 🙌

3. Create a small herb garden or indoor planters to connect with herbs on a daily basis. "Small" can mean 1-3 herbs, and they can be little babies not used for cooking or medicine! Just have them around to care for and learn about!

By starting with simple practices, you won't overwhelm yourself!

Yes, my website is officially down!

I want to share a personal update with you all! After constant reflection and soul-searching on why I was so resistant to keeping my website, I've decided to let her go. As my dues for the year approached, I couldn't ignore the sense that it no longer resonated with me personally. In fact, I completely ignored it! So, I've chosen to bid farewell to it, allowing it to gracefully rest in the digital graveyard. 😅

This decision brings me a huge sense of peace, knowing that I'm aligning with what truly feels right for me and my business journey! While creating the website, I was navigating the early stages of my entrepreneurial path, and if anyone was apart of that - ya know she was a rushed jump into the unknown world of beginning my business journey. I didn't even have a place to rent or anything set up! I am well known to jump off the cliff and trust my journey.

Moving forward, I'm committed to crafting a new online space that reflects the essence of who I am and what I offer. It will be a labor of love, not rushed but carefully nurtured to embody the spirit of The Foraging Rose.
