February is Heart Health Month ❤️—a perfect time to talk about menopause and your heart.
Menopause isn’t just about hot flashes and mood changes. As estrogen levels drop, the risk of heart disease can increase. That’s why this stage of life is a powerful time to prioritize movement, nourishing food, sleep, stress management, and regular checkups.
