I would like to introduce to my beautiful friend Lindsay McNeil and my breathwork coach.
Lindsay McNeil supports women to reconnect with joy, vitality, and a deeper sense of self through body-based, experiential practices.
Her work centers on Breathwork Mastery (RBM), a creative tool for intentional living that supports nervous system safety and regulation, creating the conditions for deeper self-connection. At its core, RBM is less about “doing” and more about allowing — a process often described by its founder, Alakh Analda, as the self revealing itself to itself. Lindsay was drawn to RBM for its gentle yet profound capacity to move awareness out of the mind and into lived, embodied experience.
Lindsay discovered RBM during a personally transformative season of life — parenting three young children in the aftermath of COVID, while feeling stagnant and disconnected. What began as a personal journey quickly became a calling. Over the past three years, Lindsay completed an intensive two-year Breathwork Mastery practitioner training through The School of Breathwork (https://theschoolofbreathwork.com), involving deep personal work, facilitation practice, and theoretical study.
Lindsay now offers RBM breathwork sessions both in person in Prospect, Nova Scotia, and online, creating spaces where awareness can move beyond insight and into embodied experience, integration, and self-trust.
Alongside breathwork, Lindsay works with Human Design as an expansive and experimental framework for self-discovery. She is less interested in prescriptive readings and more drawn to ongoing journeys — supporting people as they uncover who they are beneath layers of conditioning and learn to live in greater alignment with themselves.
Lindsay brings a deep understanding of human behavior and somatic awareness to her work, while intentionally holding these offerings as distinct from clinical therapy. She is currently offering breathwork sessions and Human Design journeys, with integrated offerings emerging soon.
Gentle disclaimer
Lindsay’s offerings are non-clinical and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health treatment. While many people find this work deeply supportive and therapeutic in nature, it is offered as a complementary, experiential practice rather than therapy.
If this work resonates, Lindsay would love to connect. She welcomes those who feel curious or drawn to explore breathwork, embodiment, and self-discovery together - both in person and online.
