HSP - Highly Sensitive Person

HSP - Highly Sensitive Person A place for Sensitives to share wisdom, learn, grow and support each other. Some call us too sensitive and tease us, but we have great insight and intelligence.

Some call us shy, but we are really only gentle and warm. Some call us irritable or moody, but we cannot sit by while injustice is around us. We are a unique group of people, but unfortunately a lot of us are isolated, in this world often full of violence and insensitivity. We may even think there is something wrong with us. But we are OK, and we need support, and to share our experiences with eac

h other. This group is based on Dr Elaine Aron's research, which shows that up to 20% of the population is born Highly Sensitive. Dr Shirley, PhD, CSC is a Certified Spiritual Counsellor and Life Recovery Coach. www.drshirley.ca

This page is introversion friendly, and dedicated to those who need a lot of quiet time to regenerate. I try to minimize labels, therefore do not subscribe to the unscientific trademarked MBTI. Having said that I do respect freedom of choice, and encourage others to follow what they believe in. Only we have our own answers for our unique self. I honor that. Articles of health are included on this page as it is especially important to HSPs. I want people to feel free to voice their experience, but discourage debates. Please share your thoughts without imposing your views on others. Those who are aggressive, dominating and disrupt the heartfelt free flow communications will be removed.
