Final exam stress got you down? Join us for an exam stress break from 6-9PM in the DSU Student Lounge tomorrow, Friday December 9th. The evening will feature video games and FREE pizza and drinks. Just a quick note that Stay Connected Peer Support is back in full swing for the 2016 - 2017 academic year. You can find us in the DSU Wellness Room on the lower level of the SUB. Until our hours are (very shortly) determined, please feel free to message us if you are in need of peer support. Until then, please enjoy the tips below for maintaining mental health as a student.
