It’s that time of year again. I’ve booked my summer family vacation for August! Always an exciting time spending time with family and friends!
To accommodate I’m adding in some extra appointments before I go in both July/August so you can still get in to see me before I go. 💆🏻‍♀️

Did you know massage therapy can significantly relieve sciatica pain? ⚡️
Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve—running from your lower back down each leg—is compressed or irritated, often causing sharp, radiating pain, numbness, or tingling. Honestly one of my favourite pathologies to work on because of how quickly my clients find relief! 🎉

Here’s how massage can help relieve sciatica symptoms:

•Reduces pain: By releasing muscle tension and calming the nervous system, massage can provide immediate and long-term pain relief.
•Improves posture: Tight or imbalanced muscles can pull your body out of alignment, contributing to sciatic pain. Massage helps rebalance the body for better posture and less pressure on the nerve.
•Reduces muscle tension: Especially in the glutes, lower back, and hamstrings—areas that often contribute to sciatic compression.
•Improves circulation: Increased blood flow supports healing and decreases inflammation.
•Enhances mobility: Loosening tight muscles helps restore a more comfortable, natural range of motion.
•Relieves stress: Chronic pain and tension can raise cortisol levels; massage encourages relaxation and supports overall well-being.

1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY 👏

As I look back on my first year as an RMT, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude—for the journey, the lessons, and the incredible people who have been a part of it. This year has been one of immense growth, both professionally and personally. From being fresh out of school to 1000+ massages and 360+ of you coming back to see me! I feel so honoured.

Becoming an RMT was more than just learning techniques; it was stepping into a role of service, care, and healing. I have had the privilege of working with so many wonderful clients, each with their own stories, challenges, and goals. Every session has been a reminder of the power of human connection and the importance of listening—not just with my ears, but with my hands and my heart.

I am so grateful for my clients who have trusted me with their care, for their kindness and loyalty. I am grateful for the mentors and colleagues who have guided me, offering wisdom and encouragement. I am grateful for myself—for showing up,and for embracing this journey with passion and dedication.

This is just the beginning, and I am excited for what’s to come. More learning, more growth, more opportunities to make a difference. As I move forward, I do so with an open heart and deep appreciation for this path I’ve chosen.

Heated Table – Because nobody wants to lie down on a cold table! Heat helps relax muscles before I even start working on them. Cozy vibes = better massage. 💆‍♀️

Massage Oil – Smooth glides, hydrated skin, and no awkward friction. Plus, I use high-quality, scent-free oil so it’s perfect for everyone!

Temperature Control – If you’re shivering or sweating, you’re not relaxing. I keep the room just right so you can fully unwind. 🌡️
