🏆 Another overall title for Stax Athlete this past weekend! We're done with the regional qualifier titles and narrowly missing her Pro Card. This Saturday we're coming for blood. THIS is her year. We didn't even peak her on Saturday, so wait for her final form this weekend 😈

Cʟɪᴇɴᴛ Sᴘᴏᴛʟɪɢʜᴛ! 👀

This rocket grace the national stage this past summer with her best look to date. However, we reassessed her goals vs. natural genetic capacity and decided to switch gears. Like all my athletes, placing and doing well isn't enough. She wants the win! So she's been crushing this offseason so far, holding conditioning, focusing on glute growth, and maintaining everything else. Next time you see her on stage, she'll be crushing the bikini division.

Also a huge shout out to 📸 who has been killing it with shoots with my athletes. I offer photoshoot preps as well, so send us a DM if you want some stunning shots!

Hey Mama! 📢 What can you accomplish in 10 months?

How about dominating a bodybuilding show and place 1st in class like 🏆🥇 After a quick offseason to grow a bit, we're back at it and she's hitting the stage next weekend with an even BETTER package at Alberta Naturals. 👸🏼

It was a successful weekend at the 2022 Northern Classics for .leah.w . She competed in both Open and Natural shows, and YES you can be competitive in an open show as a natural athlete!!

Char brought home three beautiful tiaras 👸; placing 3rd in Open B and
4th in Masters in the Open show and 2nd in Open B and 3rd in Masters in the Natural show the next day.

Congrats Charlotte!! It was a tough prep but it definitely paid off 👊

This magnificent body brought 3 beautiful children to the world! But it was time for momma to take her body back.
This transformation is only the beginning, we have way bigger goals, but this progress so far deserves some recognition 👏. A little over 4 months in and almost 30lbs down (not that I put much value in wieght). Check in after check in, she puts in the work and continually progresses. Only once did she stall out, but after answering a few of my questions I made some tweaks to her meal plan (no calorie reduction) and progress started rolling again 👊

Congrats to Stax Athlete for placing 1st in Women's Figure B and 2nd in Masters at the !
This was a joint effort, prepping with Stax and peaking with husband for the show. We got judge feedback and we're after that pro card so she's letting me Stax peak her this time 😊 But its going to be a team effort since I can't be onsite, so James is going to be my eyes and ears 🙏

Congratulations to Stax Athlete for placing 1st in Men's Physique Novice and D Class, and 2nd in True Novice at the !
Uche's nickname with me will aways be "6 day prep". He applied to the team and when I saw his pics I decided to throw him head first into a show. He literally had 6 days of prep and learned posing the night before!
We have or sights set on a Pro Card at 2021. 🏆 Let's get it Uche!!!

Andria likes to test my skills. Not only did she come to me 3 weeks out, but she's also a vegan. It took some educated guesswork to give her a program she would respond to without losing time. I think we did damn well for 3 weeks Andria!
This isnonly the beginning for this one. Stay tuned 😈

Congratulations to Stax Athlete for placing 4th in Bikini True Novice and Bikini F, also 5th in Bikini Novice, at the !
Lots to say about Nic. We spent about a year getting her guts to calm down, then we tackled the hurdles of her being a tall 🦒 hard gainer. And then hanging on to as much muscle as we could throughout prep, as a natural athlete, while getting her lean enough to show the muscle she does have.
I am so thankful and proud of her for trusting me and my crazy ways the past 2 years. She never rushed the process and even though she didn't place top 3 (in the biggest classes I've seen in years) she was over the moon with her placing. You know why? Cause was in top 5 while other girls of her stature were in last callouts. Bravo Nic! Your posing was so elegant and your sportsmanship top notch 👌

Madra stared with Stax almost a year ago. Immediately I terrified her by increasing calories and taking away cardio. But we got her calories up to 2600 and no cardio in the offseason! All while recompositioning, slamming on muscle and leaning out at the same time.
If you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Madra, you know her personality is like no other. She's a key piece in our Stax family now and has no shortage of nicknames 😆.
