✨ The Power of the Nervous System ✨
I want to share something really special (shared with permission).
I’ve been working with a sweet 4-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD. When we first started, sleep was a big struggle for him. He would fall asleep around 8:00 PM, wake up around 2:00 AM for about an hour, then back to sleep — but up again before 5:00 AM. As many parents know, that kind of sleep pattern is exhausting for everyone.
We began with short 10–15 minute Spinal Flow sessions to gently support his nervous system. As his body adapted, we moved into 30-minute sessions.
After just a few sessions… he is now sleeping from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM — without waking up. 🙌
When the nervous system feels safe and regulated, the body can finally rest, reset, and heal. Sleep is one of the most powerful signs that the body is shifting out of stress mode.
Every child is different. Every nervous system responds in its own time. But stories like this are why I am so passionate about Spinal Flow.
