Reflexology is often introduced as a way to relax the body, through my years or working feet, I have seen the effects reach further than a moment of calm.
The feet mirror the entire body, working specific reflex points can support how different systems function, recover, and respond over time. This is true of the Physical body, Emotional Body, Mental Body and Spiritual Body….
