Don’t be ashamed to speak about your physical or mental health as a male. Don’t allow your ego to stop you from reaching out to others for help. Don’t try to carry the load alone because that’s what a “real man” would do. Go get your hormone levels checked, as seen in the Massachusetts study test levels are getting lower & lower and we don’t have good enough evidence to pin point why. Show some love to all the men in your lives this month. ❤️ Exercise, Eating good & practicing mindfulness are the first steps to becoming a healthier male. @ Fort mcmurray, alberta
