Mindful Motions Mooooooves !
After a few years overseas, (or was it 5-6?😅) I'll finally be offering mindful motion classes in Nova Scotia again! This time I have beautiful studio space right outside my new osteopathic clinic: Oak Osteo, in Truro Nova Scotia. So follow my new page if you want to stay stayed! Mindful Motion Lessons with FREE additional Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT)

Rates:
First meeting (Initial Consult): free
1 hour Private Yoga session: $50 - $80 (depending on location)
+ free optional Manual Osteopathy Therapy session

Osteopathy is way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems. It aims to restore functions of the joints, muscles, fascia, viscera, and fluids of the body through hands-on therapy and body movements. Please be aware that I am student of Osteopathy and that is why the MOT sessions are free of cost at this time.
..what to expect??...

In the 1st session, you will be asked to answer a detailed health history report. After that, we can can discuss your goals, and then complete the structural and functional movement assessment. You can expect to spend some time during session laying on a clinical table wearing comfortable non-restrictive clothing. At times, the practitioner will cue movements for you to do to help them create adjustments of your joints and myofascial tissue. Depending on how chronic your problem, sometimes this can have immediately results, sometimes it takes a more consistent approach. Exercise recommendations can be given to help maintain the adjustments and support the healing of the body.
