Natural leg extension is a good exercise for ankles , knees , hip extension ,quads strength glutes ,core and no equipment is needed. Give this little couplet a try.

It’s very exciting when you see the results of consistent hard work. 7 months post c-section I finally got chin-ups back! Starting with the basic regressions and talking my time also made sure my elbows feel great too! The journey continues😎

Training the splits is fun and hard work. You don’t need any equipment and you don’t need to be flexible. It’s not about just sitting in the splits but more about building strength in your body at your end ranges and flexibility from the top down. Anyone can do it because there is a perfect starting spot for everyone😎. Front Split training works on calf muscles, hamstrings, hip extension , hip flexion, quads,core and balancing out each side of your body.

There are many different ways to start including safe ways to back bends into your training. If you don’t bend backwards and want to learn where to start , feel free to message me for tips. 😎

Building back strength after my C-section is a good challenge. I trust the process. No rush, proper regressions and progressions and Consistency ! And fun😎 it doesn’t matter what your recovering from the same will go.
