I had a moment of peace this morning with my dog in my backyard, and I noticed the leaves are changing. The trees are starting their beautiful transformation!

Reminding myself that change is, indeed, beautiful and vibrant and necessary, just as it is in nature. Dare to shake off your branches and remember that change is not the end of who you were, but the start of who you are becoming.
