Yesterday, Marina and Hilary jumped in with me for a small, fully coached strength session, dialing in real lifting technique, learning how to create and control muscle tension, and understanding exactly what should be working on even the simplest movements.

Some days move fast. Some feel long. And finding even a small pocket of time to reset, breathe, and move your body can make the whole day feel different. At , we see how much strength and care goes into raising little ones, and we’ve built a space where parents can train without having to leave their babies behind.

Our Mommy & Baby Lift sessions are simple at their core: a safe, welcoming room… small classes… and the freedom to show up exactly as you are. Babies are part of the environment, not an obstacle. Hilary —Waterdown mom, co-owner, and the steady heartbeat of our space—is always on site to support, assist, and help make the session smooth for everyone.

Whether it’s strength work, a bit of lifting, or just a much-needed break in the day, these sessions give parents a chance to feel strong and recharged while their little one is right there with them.

Each session hits the essentials: strength, plyometrics, conditioning, mobility, and recovery. All coach-led. All dialed in for real-world cycling performance. And yes, you’ll feel the difference on the road, gravel, or trail.
