We’re getting dangerously close to patient #12345. June 25 2019 was when Mulberry Wellness saw its very first patient. So we thought this satisfying number deserved a surprise and we want to celebrate the community that helped us grow💜

We’re so happy to welcome to the team, Kelly! She is a current Physiotherapist resident/Pelvic health Physiotherapist resident, helping with; Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehab; Return to Running; Incontinence, Urgency and Prolapse; Core and Breathing Dysfunction; Hip, Low Back and Pelvic Pain; Athletic Injuries and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation.

Kelly is passionate about helping active adults and mothers feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies. She combines pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapy to treat concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum symptoms, return to exercise, and persistent hip, low back, or pelvic pain. Kelly takes a whole-body, one-to-one approach and believes in empowering clients through education, movement, and individualized care so they can return to the activities they love.
She looks forward to contributing to your healing!

We’re so excited to welcome Claudia to the mulberry wellness team! Claudia is a registered social worker who specializes in :
Trauma | Motherhood | Relationships
IFS Level 2 | EMDR | IFIO | Somatics. She offered individual, child, youth, couples and family counselling. She also specializes in recurring effects of complex and developmental trauma. Claudia works with PTSD and panic, helping you move toward a more regulated sense of calm through EMDR.

Drawing from her own journey through women’s wellness, Claudia supports mothers as they navigate the life changes and identity shifts that unfold from birth into parenthood. She offers space for the parts of this experience that feel tender, helping you move beyond survival and into a more connected way of living. This area of her work has been shaped by Conscious Parenting since 2014.

In her work with couples, Claudia integrates Relational Parts Work through IFS and IFIO to support trust repair and deeper intimacy. By tending to the roots of conflict, it creates the emotional safety needed for a more secure and resilient bond

We’re so happy to welcome to our team, Grace! She is a Registered Acupuncturist who worked as a Medical Doctor in South Korea for 17 years and 2 and a half years in Canada. In addition to clinical experience, Grace has multiple medical research experiences at university hospitals in South Korea and Canada, which include breast cancer, uterine endometrial cancer, and functional brain MRI with acupuncture.

Grace’s treatment modalities include Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Tuina massage, Education, and Health Coaching- to help individuals with a variety of health issues include, but not limited to: pain management, musculoskeletal problems, fertility issues, gynecology/hormonal conditions (PCOS, Dysmenorrhea, Endometriosis, PMS), pregnancy support care, depression/anxiety, insomnia, digestion problems, skin issues, cancer patient support, etc.

By studying medicine from multiple perspectives, Grace understands a person as a whole. She takes the root causes of diseases as well as mental-emotional connections to imbalances seriously and practices an individualized approach in her patient care. Grace upholds the principle that an inherent harmony exists between the human body and the natural world, a foundational tenet of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Grace emphasizes the importance of cultivating a well‑balanced lifestyle and prioritizing personal health as a means to restore focus on living a more fulfilling, purposeful, and enriching life. She looks forward to treating you!
