When the waves of perimenopause bring tension, fatigue, or mood swings, a few mindful minutes can help you feel grounded again. Try this simple practice to calm your body, clear your mind, and reset your nervous system.

Reset Your Nervous System⁠

Menopause can stir up stress and overwhelm, but your breath, and a few supportive props, can bring you back to center. ⁠

Click the link in bio for FREE Guided Meditations and try this mini reset:⁠

Option 1 – Seated:
Sit comfortably on a meditation cushion or folded blanket⁠
Rest your hands on your lap, close your eyes⁠
Take 3 slow, steady breaths — in through the nose, out through the mouth⁠

Option 2 – Reclined:
Lie back with a bolster or pillow under your knees⁠
Place an eye pillow over your eyes⁠
Rest your hands on your belly and heart, and breathe deeply for a few minutes⁠

Props create the comfort required to truly relax and not be distracted by attention being diverted from your breath.⁠
