The mental health field has been an important part of my life for the last 13 years. I have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brock University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree from Yorkville University. I use a client-centered approach, which means my focus is on learning to understand my client's world from

their perspective. I trust that you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to help you realize your potential. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based interventions to help ensure you have the tools you need in order to succeed. Therapy is a process, the goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself and improve the quality of your life.
