I woke up this morning feeling like my energy was completely zapped through the night. (Until of course I had my remedies and danced 🥰)

I wanted to remember what 'exactly' happens in the skies with a Lunar Eclipse - so asked my daughter - she said the Earth moves between the Sun and Moon....

Mmmm....so the Moon slips into Earths shadow 🤔

It really clicked how much our rhythms got “interrupted” and how the magnetic energy of the Moon and the flow shifted - within us AND without….

And this one was 3 and a half hours long ...  apparently the longest one in 580 years!!

AND the Full Moon is in Ta**us...

And that's only one of the things happening in the Cosmos that we can see! 😯🌠✴️💫☄️

Creating space and time for my Herbal practice; for tending my body and home, continues to be a bit of a challenge for me….

It always has been.....

If we want to stay healthy, if we want to remain centered and steady… connected to our Inner Selves - we must create the time to care for our physical vessels - our precious vessel that holds ALL that is coming through.

We are after all walking through the Fall into Winter during a time where our senses are heightened every time we feel a small sniffle or tightness in our throats. Which in itself could cause stress and anxiety.....

Keeping our immunity strong is definitely one of the keys….

It's funny this is the only picture I got as of the herbal remedies I have begun to put out for sale this weekend (at our Open House with Ancestral Voices this past weekend.)

I think it's telling me something lol

After birthing this new level of community AND my Self this weekend, I feel the need to stay within today and begin moving into this new layer of being slowly and gently...

Isn't that what people do after giving birth 😉😁

So, NO IG Live today.

I reset, recharge and reflect a little more AND begin pulling the visions and dreams together.... bringing some time and structure to them.

I really love this little room back here.

After all the forward momentum at high speed in the last month it feels so good to pause ...

Bless & package my dried Nettle, dream & envision the next steps reflect on all that has unfolded....and how it all weaves into the bigger vision....

Maybe I'll even do a little Fall clearing and Juice detox (may have entered it into some "unnecessary" eating to feel more dense and solid during that time 😉)
