Have you ever felt it - that rare, profound stillness where the noise of life simply stops?
Where your body stops bracing, your mind stops running, and something deeper than thought takes over - something that knows, without being told, exactly how to begin to heal?
That is what sound does. Not as magic, and not as metaphor - but as science, as vibration, as frequency moving through every cell of the body you carry. Sound healing works because you are made largely of water, and water responds to vibration. Your cells have structures that resonate with specific frequencies, and your nervous system - so often wound tight by the demands of modern life - can be gently, measurably, profoundly shifted by the right sound in the right space.
This is the foundation of Sounds of Change.
I am a certified sound healer, qigong instructor, and aerial yoga teacher with a BSc. in molecular biology and genetics - and a background in circus performance that taught me everything about the relationship between the body, breath, and trust. I have spent years exploring the intersection of science, movement, and sound as pathways back to balance and harmony.
My approach to sound healing is grounded in a genuine scientific understanding of how vibration and frequency influence water, cells, and atomic structures - and is guided by a deep respect for the body’s own capacity to restore itself when given the right conditions. Those conditions are what Sounds of Change is designed to create.
You are invited.
Sounds of Change live online sound baths are open to everyone. No experience with sound healing is needed - only a willingness to rest and receive, and a desire to change. Sessions are held regularly, each one designed with its own intention and energy arc.
You will need nothing more than somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, a blanket, and an hour that belongs entirely to you.
Crystal singing bowls - gong - chimes - drum - and the science of sound, in service of your body’s deepest intelligence.
Join me live for the next Sounds of Change session.
