Are you constantly dealing with gas, bloating, or digestive upset?

Do you ever struggle with gas, bloating, acid reflux, or indigestion?

Do you feel like no matter what you eat, you’re always uncomfortable?

Has a doctor ever told you that you have IBS?... What if I told you "IBS" is NOT a diagnosis, it is actually a symptom.

Whether it's gas, bloating, constipation, reflux, diarrhea, headaches, acne, skin issues, low energy, auto-immune illness, hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, weight gain, anxiety, depression and decreased immune system resiliency -- absolutely EVERYTHING begins within the gut.

This is exactly why I'm excited about sharing this information with you and supporting you through your gut and hormone healing journey.

If you want to take charge of your health and bring your hormones and gut back into harmony, you've got to begin by fixing your gut.

The GI MAP is a Functional Lab gut test that I use in my practice.

Gut Health testing is a functional lab test that you can obtain through a Functional Health Practitioner like myself, not your regular doctor.

It helps to provide me with more information so I can learn more about WHY you're feeling.

If this test interests you, it's crucial to partner with someone who really gets these lab results and knows exactly what your body needs when it comes to:

- Targeted protocols that work for you
- Custom supplements and herbal solutions
- Fine-tuning your nutrition for your specific body
- Showing you how your tests, and other labs connect together to give you the full story of what's happening with your health and what your symptoms are trying to tell you.

If you're sick and tired of the guessing game and ready to dive into functional testing, I'm here for you!

📞Book a Complimentary 20-minute consultation with me to discuss how I can help you, just like I have helped many others and and finally get the relief you're looking for.

Add a spoonful of capers to the dressing.

Additional Toppings:
Crumbled feta, chopped chives, and/or toasted sunflower seeds.

🍎Insights:

Heart Health:

The inclusion of extra virgin olive oil and radishes contributes to heart health by providing healthy fats and antioxidants, which may help reduce inflammation and improve cholesterol levels.

Digestive Health:

The fiber content from mini potatoes and cucumbers aids in digestion, promoting regular bowel movements and supporting a healthy gut microbiome.

Liver & Gallbladder:

Radishes support the liver and gallbladder by enhancing bile flow and aiding in the removal of toxins. Their natural compounds aid digestion and gently cleanse these organs.

Nutrient-Rich Ingredients:

This recipe features a variety of vegetables and herbs, which are rich in vitamins and minerals, supporting overall health and providing essential nutrients that contribute to immune function and skin health.

The Missing Piece in Your Health Puzzle 🧩

If you're doing everything 'right' but still dealing with digestive issues and hormone chaos, this is for you 👇"

🧠Your nervous system is the master conductor of your health orchestra - and it's having a constant conversation with your gut and hormones!

Think of it as your body's WiFi network. When it's working smoothly, everything communicates perfectly. When it's glitchy? Your whole system suffers.

Your nervous system operates in two main modes:

⚡ Sympathetic: "Fight-or-flight" emergency mode
🌸 Parasympathetic: "Rest, digest, and heal" mode

Most of us are stuck in chronic sympathetic overdrive, which creates a cascade of health issues:

🔸 Your digestive fire gets turned OFF (hello bloating, IBS!)
🔸 Stress hormones like cortisol flood your system daily
🔸 Sleep and s*x hormones get disrupted
🔸 Your immune system gets suppressed
🔸 Blood sugar becomes a rollercoaster
🔸 Inflammation runs wild

Here's the beautiful truth: 90% of your serotonin is made in your gut! The gut-brain connection is REAL.

When your nervous system is regulated, your body can actually heal - digestion improves, hormones rebalance, and wellness becomes possible.

Simple ways to activate your healing mode:

🌱 Deep belly breathing (try 4-7-8 technique)
✨ Breathwork or soundbaths
🚿 End showers with 30 seconds cold water
🎵 Hum, sing, or gargle (hello vagus nerve!)
🌳 Walks in nature (no earbuds, listen to nature)
🍽️ Mindful eating without distractions
😴 Consistent sleep schedule
🫖 Herbal teas like chamomile, lemon balm, passionflower, lavender
🧘‍♀️ 5-minute morning meditation
🌱 Gentle movement like yoga or walking

Remember: You can't heal in a stressed state. Supporting your nervous system is the foundation for gut health, balanced hormones, and total wellness!

✨When we regulate our nervous system, everything else starts to fall into place.

Signs You Have A Sluggish Liver?

Did you know your liver is responsible for over 500 different functions?

1. Your Liver Does Way More Than Detox:

It’s your body's hidden powerhouse working 24/7 to keep you balanced.

✔Clears excess hormones (estrogen, cortisol)
✔Filters meds, toxins, alcohol, chemicals
✔Produces bile to break down fats
✔Regulates blood sugar + cholesterol
✔Stores + activates nutrients (A, D, B12, iron)
✔Neutralizes histamine + inflammation
✔Supports immunity
✔Converts thyroid hormone (T4 → T3)

2. SIGNS OF A SLUGGISH LIVER:

✔Hormonal imbalances PMS, acne, heavy periods
✔Migraines or headaches after meals
✔Yellowish eyes or skin
✔Itchy skin (no rash)
✔Swollen lymph nodes
✔Fat intolerance or nausea
✔Mood swings, irritability, anger
✔Dark under-eye circles
✔Body odor or bad breath
✔Histamine sensitivity
✔Loss of appetite
✔Bloating + sluggish digestion

These are whispers your liver asking for help

3. Why Your Liver Gets Overloaded:

✔Alcohol, meds, toxins
✔Processed foods + poor fats
✔Endocrine disruptors (fragrance, plastics, cosmetics, nail polish, laundry products etc)
✔Chronic stress + cortisol spikes
✔Gut inflammation + bloating
✔Nutrient deficiencies (B vitamins, magnesium, choline, protein)

It’s not just one thing it’s daily load over time

4. How to Support Your Liver (Gently + Daily):

✔Eat bitter + cruciferous veggies

✔Herbal allies: milk thistle, dandelion root, schisandra, burdock

5. Love Your Liver:

It needs you to:
✔Reduce the burden
✔Provide real nourishment
✔Support your body consistently

This is long-term healing, not a detox trend

Support Your Liver, Support Your Life :

✔More energy
✔Balanced hormones
✔Clear skin
✔Better moods

Let’s not make health more complicated than it needs to be.

Sure, there are endless trendy tools and wellness gadgets out there, but the truth is—the basics still work—and they work really well.

After working with so many clients, I’ve seen time and again:
It's the simple things that move the needle most.

Here’s what consistently makes a big difference:

✅ Eat enough and eat regularly to keep blood sugar stable & your metabolism
supported
✅ Cut back on screen time — especially the endless scrolling
✅ Breathe through your nose (mouth taping crew, you get it)
✅ Get outside in the morning for natural light
✅ Drink clean, filtered water
✅ Step outside during the day — barefoot if you can
✅ Go to bed earlier (yes, sleep still matters!)
✅ Get more minerals in your day

Don’t forget the emotional side of health:

✅ Make time to laugh and play — seriously, joy is medicine
✅ Spend time with people you care about — in person when possible (this is
why we created R&R 💗)
✅ Pay attention to your inner dialogue — your thoughts shape your health, too
